She is survived by: her children, Mike Horn (Michelle) of New Philadelphia and Melissa Horn of Dover; her grandchildren, Tara Horn (Tim Vaughan) and Jerry Lee Howard (Charlie); and her great grandchildren, Robert, Jayla, Gravin and Asha Carol.
