With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bruce A. Owens of Dover, Ohio, who passed away on February 26, 2022 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry D. Owens and Norma Jean Schwab Owens; his brother Jim Owens; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Galigher and Kathy Hendershot.
He is survived by: his wife Diana M. Raber; his son Joe Owens of Dundee; his sister Janet Galigher of New Philadelphia; his sister-in-law Chris Owens of Dover; his parents-in-law, Kitty and Jonas Raber of Dundee; his siblings-in-law, Linda and David Widder of New Philadelphia; his nieces and nephews, Mike (Erika), Jason Owens, Kevin (Macie), Aaron Galigher (Summer), Jacklyn, Brooke Widder, Holly Rivera (Adriel) and Kristopher Hendershot; and his chihuahuas, Archie B. and Gracie.
The family suggests that contributions in Bruce's memory be made to the Tuscarawas County Humane Society, 1432 Tall Timber Rd. N.E., New Philadelphia, OH 44663.
