He is survived by: his wife Julie Affolter (Link); his children, D. B. Piccin, Jenny Dallas (Christopher), Janelle Cutright (Adam), Jill May and Jessica May; his siblings, Tena West (Jim), Barb Colvin (Bob), Karen Morris (Steve), Pink Hoop (Karl), Becky Bennington, Jimbo Affolter and Bob Affolter (Donna); and also Molly.
