He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Sr. Dell and Pearle Dell (Kuhn); his wife Margaret Dell (Herzig); his sisters, Gertrude Franks and Isabelle Meese; his niece Sandra Lee Franks; and his nephew Terry Meese.
He is survived by: his nieces, Linda Swaldo (Ted) of Canton, Judy Moore (Bob) of Westerville and Peggy Holmes (Rick) of Dover; and his nephew John Herzig (Joyce) of Dover.
