It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Ann Elizabeth Groh of Dover, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 87, on November 3, 2021. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Kratzer and Sarah Kratzer (Moser); and her brothers, Paul and Daniel Kratzer. She is survived by: her spouse Lt. G. Glen Groh; and her children, Chris Groh (Nancy) of Jamestown, NC, Sarah Lillard (Russ) of Morgantown, WV, Katie, Kelsey, Curtis Lillard, Erin and Kylie Groh.

You are kindly asked to wear a mask when in close proximity to other people in the church and the funeral home.

“They were both very special to me. Him as my gym teacher, her for 2 years of German in high school. I loved running into them on a warm summer evenings downtown, him watering the planters, her sitting in the van watching him. She had some dementia at that point but everytime I would tell her who I was, that she was my teacher & she would smile so beautifully.”
