Brown of Dover, Ohio, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on March 14, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville R. Brown and Fannie Belle Brown (Weaver). He is survived by: his wife Regina F. Brown (Boyle) of Dover; and his siblings, Madilyn Emerson and Robert Brown.
