He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Frank; his children, Nikki Williams (Matt), Chad Frank (Lysa) and Angie Mullens; his grandchildren, Sara Williams, Olivia Williams, Aaron Frank, Codi Frank, Alli Moore, Katie Lemming, Gracy Byers, Cassie Miller (Scott), Lizzy Mullens and Joey Mullens; his close friends, Dale Gentry, Mallory Gentry and Bud Karnes; and his sister-in-law Sue Rothery (Doug). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
