He was predeceased by: his brother Richard Allen. He is survived by: his children, Mike Allen of Dola, Jill Jones (Brett) of Germany and Cassey Oates (Nathan) of Arlington; and his siblings, Eddie Brown (Peggy) of Dunkirk, Luther Brown of Dunkirk, Lenora Bell of Ada, Lolita Reffitt (Henry) of Dunkirk and Lynnette Bloomfield of Dunkirk. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
