We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2021, at the age of 27, Caleb Delong of Dola, Ohio, born in Kenton, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Caleb Delong to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his grandfather Loren Urick; and his cousin Cody DeLong. He is survived by: his parents, Craig DeLong and Wendy DeLong (Urick); his spouse Ashlyn Flowers; his daughter Brailey DeLong; his sister Sarah DeLong (Zach Johnson) of Dunkirk; his grandparents, Diana Valiant (Curt) of Peru, IN, Clarence and Katherine DeLong of Dunkirk; his uncles, Chris DeLong (Deb) and Jeffrey Stevens (Heather) of Peru, IN; his aunt Jenni Green of Dunkirk; his cousin Caity DeLong of Gibsonburg; his brother-in-law Bradley Flowers of Dola; and his pet Lucy.

Masks will be required and Covid-19 protocols should be followed at all services.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family for future expenses of Caleb's daughter, Brailey.
