She was predeceased by: her parents, Denver Nottingham and Tressie Jarvis Nottingham; her husband Jay E. Gotschall, Sr.; and her brothers, Delmis, Robert (Red), Jim and John Nottingham.
She is survived by: her children, Kelly Zelek (Terry) of Adena, Kimi Dodds (Eric) of Westerville and Jay E. Gotschall, Jr. (Katherine) of Rayland; her grandchildren, Jaycee Gotschall of Dillonvale, Jesse Dodds (Nicole) of Westerville and Morgan Dodds of Exton; her great grandchild Lylah Rose Dodds of Westerville; her sons, Landon and Elliott Zelek; her daughter-in-law Katherine Gotschalls'; and also, Tony Zelek (Emily), Kayla, Dillon and Derek.
