He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Polen and Lottie "Judy" Polen (Bonar); his wife Bonnie Polen (Cecil); and his sister Shirley Polen. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Polen (Michelle) and Craig Polen (Ashley); his siblings, Jane Hilderbrand (Ray) and George Polen (Joan); and his grandchildren, Isabella and Alivia Polen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
