It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Carpenter (Dillonvale, Ohio), born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on July 30, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Albert Prager; her husband Andrew; and her siblings, Pat, Alberta, Martha and Betty.

She is survived by: her parent Lillian Prager (Millison).
