It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Kovaleski of Dillonvale, Ohio, who passed away on March 28, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Plewniak and Sophie Plewniak; her husband Edward L. Kovaleski; and her siblings, Joe, Frank, John Plewniak, Helen Cefus, Wanda VanBeneden and Gen Chrisagis.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Kovaleski, Chris Capers (Greg), Judy Silverio (Rich), Robin Zabitski (Joe) and Sandy Persiani (Rich). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Borkoski Funeral Homes (337 Jefferson St, Tiltonsville, OH 43963). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
