He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Kaffana, Sr. and Jane M. Kaffana (Popkie); and his brother Timothy J. Kaffana. He is survived by: his brothers, John M. Kaffana (Cynthia) and Richard R. Kaffana (Lisa); his daughters, Mary Jane Kaffana (Billy Moore) and Amber Wanat; his grandchildren, Blake and Ryleigh; his nephew Daniel J. Kaffana; and his great-nephew Chase Kaffana.
