He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Dziewatkoski and MaryAnn Dziewatkoski (Faldowski). He is survived by: his siblings, Katherine Ann Chirinos (Rafael), Anna Marie Salvaterra (Mark), Patricia Sue Bisbocci (Brian), Julius "Jay" Dziewatkoski (Audrey), Nicholas Allen Dziewatkoski (Sharon) and Theresa Ann Buzek (Mark); his nieces and nephews, Erica Lacy (Seth), Julia Pickett (Victor), Elizabeth Salvaterra, Diane Dziewatkoski, Renee Dziewatkoski, Maria Dziewatkoski, Rachel Dziewatkoski, Mary Rose Buzek, Jared Dziewatkoski and Matthew Buzek; and his great-nephews, Kaiden Lacy and Kaleb Lacy.
