He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth D. Gibson and Ruth E. Gibson (Ammon); and his sisters, Donna Swiger and Jackie Cowell. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Starr; his children, Kenneth Gibson Jr. (Melissa) of Dayton, Robert Gibson of Tallmadge, Rose Elson Hamilton (David) and Cleveland Starr (Jeannie) of Dillonvale, Ohio; and his sister Ruth Ann Kaniecki of Empire. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Jefferson County Animal Shelter or St. Clairsville Parks and Recreation.
