He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Worwa and Sylvia Worwa (Sowers); his daughter Jessica VanMeter; and his brother Mike Worwa. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Worwa (Faunda); his children, Michelle Atwood (Chris), Sandy Coleman (Kenneth) and John Worwa Jr. (Jamey); and his siblings, George, Stanley P. Worwa, Mary Ann Melching, Kathy Supanik, Rose Bonecutter and Linda Sempkowski. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
