He was predeceased by: his father Frank Callarik; his wife Mae Eileen Callarik; and his daughter Johnetta Lynn Callarik (Brad). He is survived by: his children, Frances "Jean" Callarik (Fox) and Brad Callarik (Melissa); his grandchildren, Natalie Callarik (Michael Harris) and Daniel Callarik (Patricia Faulkner); his sister Helen Miller (Jim); his cousin Maggie Gill; and his extended family, Diane Barnes, Roy Gump, Cathy Bee, Donald Richards and Earl Richards. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
