He is survived by: his children, James P. Cassels, Jr., Shawn Oxley, Linda Oxley (Rhonda), Nicole Oxley and Pauline Oxley; his siblings, Clyde Cassels, Paul Cassels, Debbie Myler (Bob), Linda Jackson and Pauline Oiler; and his child Shirley Oxley. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Foster Funeral Home - Smithfield (107 Hill St, Smithfield, OH 43948). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
