He is survived by: his wife Barbara Higgs (Meeker) of Dillonvale; his son Daniel Higgs (Kara) of Martins Ferry; his grandchildren, Alex Higgs and Hudson Higgs; and his siblings, Earl "Rob" Higgs (Becky) of Burke, VA and Carol Higgs of Philadelphia, PA..
