She was predeceased by: her parent Michael Hoyo; her husband Ernest Dulesky; and her siblings, Edward, Michael, Ernest Hoyo and Mary Lampert.
She is survived by: her parent Theresa Hoyo (Galchek); her children, Gregory Dulesky (Corinne) of Dillonvale, Michele "Bunz" Dulesky and Melissa Dulesky (Debbie); her grandson Joshua Dulesky; and her brother Andrew Hoyo.
