She is survived by: her brother Rick Howard (Donna) of Bethlehem, WV; her children, John Welshans (JoAnn) of Bellaire, OH, Jeri Wilson (Brad) of Jerusalem, OH and Rick Welshans (DeAnna) of Ada, OK; and her stepson Mark Faldoski (Michelle). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; 1 nephew.
