It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Phillippi (Dillonvale, Ohio), who passed away on October 24, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Vargo and Sarah Vargo (Voitle); her husband Arthur "Buck" Phillippi; and her sister Jean Campbell. She is survived by: her sister Shirley McCardle; her nephews, Joe Phillippi (Toni), Tom Phillippi (Jullie) and Lance Williams (Julie); and her niece Deborah Waddell (Donald).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Piney Fork American Legion Post 735, 350 County Rd. 11, Piney Fork, OH 43941 in Barbara's memory.
