He is survived by: his children, Kurtis Allen Bond (Glenda) of Columbus, Kimberly Bond Kent (Cliff) of Brownsville, Shirley Haggs (Herman) of Columbus and Iris Bond-Gill (Laurence) of Washington, D. C.; his siblings, Emmett Bond, Thomas Bond, James Bond, Glen Bond (Pattie), Lillian Smith and Katherine Azmoun; and his daughters, Geraldine Johnson and Beckie Anne Bond. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, as well as a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
