He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Dye and Ella Dye of Cranbury, NJ; his pet Husbandry; his wife Sonja Helfrich Dye; his children, Davara Potel (Daniel), Kevin, Louis, Kurt Helfrich (Sue) and Kent Helfrich (Betsy); his grandchildren, Morgen, Jennifer (Simon), Cameron, Lindsey, Tim, Kendra, Evan, Logan and Tess; his great grandchild Corinne; his former wife Ann Noble Dye; his daughter Ann Barron; and his brother Francis.
Donations in his memory may be made to Pioneer Presbyterian Church, Solon, OH (http://www.pioneersolon.org) where Lou, a 45-year member, served as an elder.
