It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Roy Francis (Dexter City, Ohio), born in Marietta, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 81, on September 13, 2019. He was predeceased by: his parents, George "Todd" and Frances Jones Francis; and his former wife Jeanette Kelley. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Francis (April) of North Carolina, Sharon Wade (Terry) of Vincent, Becky Tanner (Harold), Teresa Foster (Jay) and Betty Francis of Parkersburg; his wife Carolyn Allen; his stepchildren, Dennis Allen (Kelly), David Allen (Kimberly), Daren Allen (Tricia) and Anita Barnhart (Dan); and his sisters, Marjorie Johnson, Phyllis Gregory and Patsy McVey. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and two great –great-grandchildren.
