He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Edward and Ruth L. Clark Armstrong; his siblings, Amos Armstrong, Cathy Lynn Armstrong, Tammy Ruth Armstrong, Joyce Diane Armstrong and Ruth Annette Parcell; and his niece Jennifer Elizabeth Armstrong.
He is survived by: his sisters, Ruby Coats and Rebecca S. Armstrong; and his nephew Robert Parcell.
