She was predeceased by: her father Gerald Moore; and her sister Donna D. Barnett. She is survived by: her husband Paul E. Barlow; her children, Melinda S. Stack (Tom Whittington) of Caldwell and Douglas E. Barlow (Cheryl) of Dexter City; and her siblings, Carolyn Besket (Sam) of Byesville, Jeanne Ann Moore of Newark, Robert Reiter (Pam) of Caldwell and Mark Reiter of Cambridge. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
