She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Ruskey and Jennie Ruskey (Moser); her husband Donald Vogel; her stepson Brent Vogel; her siblings, Virginia Nagel, Richard "Dick" Ruskey and David "Ollie" Ruskey; and her in-laws, Junior Nagel and Louise Ruskey.
She is survived by: her daughter Shawn Wulff; her stepchildren, Shelley Flipse (Terry) and Craig Vogel (Freda); her grandson Matthew Urban; her stepdaughter Heather Weemes; her great grandchild Landon; her grandchildren, Chloe, Norah and Harlow; her siblings, Joseph Ruskey, Susie Burkey (Jim), Nedra Bartley (Dave) and Steve Ruskey (Sandy); and her sister-in-law Diana Ruskey.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Feehan-Rodenberger Funeral Home (133 E Maple St, Deshler, OH 43516). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
The family suggests memorials to Bridge Home Health and Hospice.
