She is survived by: her husband Herbert Arthur Panning; her extended family, Marie and German; her children, Lou Ann Brettel (Norm), Garry Panning (Louise) and Annette Collier (Steve); her grandchildren, Emily Nixon (Jeremy), Heather Fields (Rob), Christin Barnes (Nick), Maggie Pearce (Kevin), Laura Davies (John), James Panning (Adrienne), Katie Wedgewood (Ian), David Collier (Logan), Adam Collier (Allie) and John Collier; her great grandchildren, Mac, Riley, Gilbert, Audrey, Addie, Brayden, Natalie, John Henry, Molly, Mason, Ryan, Ceridwen, Sophie, Esther, Margot, Lucy, George, Tommy, Hattie, Grant, Ebba, Gwendolyn, Elliot, Wesley and Everett; and her brother Donald Wachtman (Carolyn) of Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes memorials to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or St. John Lutheran Church, Deshler.
