He is survived by: his wife Rita Eileen "Neil" Wilhelm; his daughter Danielle Moeller (Frank); his grandchildren, Makenzie, Charlotte, Jude and Hazel; his siblings, Robert (Judy), Bruce (Deb Boyce), Barbara Meyers (Mike), Patricia Reynolds (Steve), Joyce Wilhelm and Sharon Wilhelm (Mike Sulser); and his parents-in-law, Robert, Jan Neiling, Karl Neiling, Larry, Janet Sattler, Teresa, Dale Weber, Sue, Jim Flowers, Mary, Mike Schriner, David, Carol Neiling, Jill and Kevin Sautter.
