She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Rayle and Ethel Rayle (Shank); her husband Earl Lewis; her grandsons, Nathan and Joshua; her great grandchild Sophie Mae; and her siblings, Helen Lutz, Norma Louise Rayle, Floyd, Cloyd and Glen Rayle.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Margush, Ralph Lewis and David Lewis (Winifred); and her grandchildren, Matthias, J. Renee, Anna, Stephanie, Sarah, David, Kayla and Jonathan. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to the Gideons International, New Beginnings United Methodist Church or the donor's choice.
