She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Inselmann and Meta Inselmann (Seemann); her husband Raymond J. Maassel; her brother Paul Inselmann; and her brother-in-law Harold Wachtmann.
She is survived by: her children, James L. Maassel (Karen), David W. Maassel (Connie) and Mary Ann Maassel (Colleen Otto); her grandchildren, Shannon Nabors (Ron), Tara Williams (Mark), Jaclyn Maassel, Aaron Maassel (Suzanne Braun), Monica Nye (Nick), Dawn Yates (Dan), Adam Maassel (Mary) and Melissa Rausch (Nick); her sister-in-law Janet Von Deylen (Bill); and her sister Norma Beck (Richard). She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
