He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clifford E. Rutter and Bertha Rutter (McMaster); his wife Ann Rutter (Lee); his children, Sheree Hemminger and John D. Rutter; his grandchildren, Melissa Viers and David Armes; his great grandchild Zachary Girdler; and his brothers, Thomas Rutter and Leonard Rutter. He was also cherished by several step grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID, the Memorial Service will be private with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery in Deshler.
