He was predeceased by: his father Newman Kerrol Neal. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Louise Neal (Collins); his brothers, Larry Neal (Ann Heathcote) and Duane Neal (Doris); his children, Corie Neal (Ray Collins), Carie Wiese (Brian), Christi Rathburn (Michael), Samantha Neal (Joshua Kosick) and Amber Brown; and his grandchildren, Ciarra, David, Hailee, Starr, Landon, Layla, Kaliope, Ella, Kaspian, Kinzie, Josie and Liam.
Anyone attending services will be required to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the family.
