He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Salyers (Kuesel); his daughters, Dawn Yates and Heidi Christman (Aric); his granddaughters, Raine Salyers, Ada Christman, Ella Christman and Mya Christman; his great grandchild Jeffery; and his sisters, Judy Messer, Jean Schroeder and Leona Salyers.
