He was predeceased by: his father Alfredo Peralez, II. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Hall Horosewski; his father-in-law Philip; his siblings, Julie Peralez (Bryan Kovach), Tony Peralez and Danielle (Eric Tipton); and his pet German Sheperd.
