She was predeceased by: her brother Michael Hoffman. She is survived by: her parents, Jerry Hoffman and Marlynn Hoffman (Newell) of New Philadelphia; her daughters, Alyssa Edwards (Clay) of Dennison, Ciara Himes (Andrew Hess) of Beach City and Michaela Himes (Trevor Sunderlin) of Midvale; and her grandchildren, Sadie, Sylvie and Tate. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
