She is survived by: her sons, Derik Rook (Macenzie) of Dennison, Jeremy Rook of New Philadelphia, Jason Rook (Melissa) of North Canton and Dustin Rook (Samantha) of Louisville. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter as well as other family members and friends.
