She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Peter and Irene Torch (Ross). She is survived by: her siblings, Frank Jr., Thomas James, George Joseph and Louise Torch; her sisters-in-law, Alice Torch (George) and Deborah; and her nieces and nephews, Karen, Frank III Brandy (Thomas), Angela David (George) and Tim. She is also survived by family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be made to Community Hospice of Tuscarawas County, who provided Shirley with the kindest of care, working alongside with Park Village Southside for the final few months of her life.
