She was predeceased by: her parents, James Eugene Mulheman and Janice Ruth Mulheman Remley (Bradley); her stepfather John L. Remley Jr.; and her siblings, Tommy and Rhonda Mulheman.
She is survived by: her children, Terra Frye (Nathan), Kimberly Henry and Drew Henry; her grandchildren, Corey Harshey, Cierra Frye, Alivia Frye, Nathan Frye, II and Alessia Henry; her siblings, Jill Art (John) and Ron Mulheman (Kimberly); her significant other Robert Avery; and her former husband Bill Henry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
