He was predeceased by: his parents, Brice Edward and Blanche Mae Kelley (Lauer); and his brother-in-law Kenneth "Butch" Allen. He is survived by: his sisters, Jo Ann Allen, Audrey J. Kelley and Lora J. Wrana. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
