He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lloyd and Ethel Beatrice Lentz (Kohler); his brothers, Lloyd Lentz Jr., William Lentz and Glenn Lentz; his parents-in-law, Don and Lena Klein; and his siblings-in-law, Ralph Lahm and Natalie Klein.
He is survived by: his wife Sara E. Lentz (Klein); his children, Barry Lentz (Angela) of Coshocton, Kim Stull (Mark) of Gnadenhutten, Lisa O'Hara (John) of Dennison and Denise Rizor (Chris) of Dennison; his grandchildren, Emily Davis (Tom), Hannah Lentz, Alaina Lentz, Aaron Hawkins (Emily), Ashley Conrad, Quinn O'Hara (Jenna), Ean Rizor (Hilary) and Thane Rizor (Chanda); his great grandchildren, Grace, Denton Hawkins, Cameron, Owen, Adilena Conrad, Macklin, Sutton Rizor, Kash and Kodie Lynn Rizor; his brother Carlton Lentz (Lucy); and his siblings-in-law, Katherine Lentz, Ruth Lentz, Barb Lahm and Richard Klein. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
