He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bargar and Gladys Opal Bargar (Fenton); his wife Janet Marlene Pickens; and his son Richard A. Bargar, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Sandi Albright; his granddaughters, Sara Swiney, Megan Ott and Maya Ott; his great grandchildren, Baylee Swiney and Parklynn Martin; and his sister Norma Staley. He is also survived by extended family including his in-laws and numerous nieces and nephews.
