He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloyde E. Baer and Reba Marie Baer (Ashworth); his siblings, Carl Baer, Robert Baer, Danny Baer and Beverly Baer; and his great grandchild Jonah Pusser.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine J. Zorzi; his children, Linda Karr (Douglas) of Dennison, Carla Henry of Midvale, Cathy Wilson (Ronald) of Dennison and Richard A. Baer, Jr. of Midvale; his grandchildren, Christopher Karr (Michelle), Alicia Pusser (William), Joshua Henry (Correy), Brandi Henry (Will), Kadi Incarnato (Alex) and Kelssi Wilson (Ryan); and his sister Janice Hall of Columbus. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
