It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rex Dean Heade (Dennison, Ohio), born in Holloway, Ohio, who passed away on March 24, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Norma Jo Dean. He is survived by: his spouse Bettie Ann Kutie; his children, Linda Patterson (Mitchell), Stephen Thomas, Kevin Louis and Brian Dean Heade; his grandchildren, Kevin Dean Heade (Julia Donofrio), Jennifer Katherine Patterson and Samuel Isaac Patterson; his great grandchild Leo Dean Heade; and also, William Hamilton and Jesse Hamilton. He is also survived by wife and sons.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Century Harvest Farms Foundation, Rex Heade Memorial Row ("Grandpa's Row") which is his granddaughter's 501 (c)(3) organization of which he was very proud.
