He is survived by: his children, Dustin Maxwell (Amanda Greenwood) and Katrina Maxwell; his grandchildren, Jamie Warmouth, Ian Warmoth, Carrie Warmoth, Cali Maxwell, Natalie Maxwell, Dustin Maxwell Jr., Maliah Harris, Dorian Harris and Corbyn Devore; his siblings, Bert J. Maxwell (Debra), John A. Maxwell (BabRhetta) and Jean Ann Clark (Thomas); and his former wife Sharon Finnie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
