She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ellery Booth and Nell Patricia Booth Rainsberg (Herbel); her significant other John Fitak; her sister Bonnie Newton; and her half-brother Fred Rainsberg.
She is survived by: her daughter Patti Jo Hahn (Scott); her grandchildren, Stephani Murray (Keith), Joseph Hahn (Kristi), Benjamin Hahn (Rebekah) and Clayton Hahn; her great grandchildren, Blake, Abie, Braelynn, Corbyn, Braden, Madelyn, Austyn, Bryar, Brynnlee, Darryl Rainsberg, Becky Coffield, Linda Shetler (Myron), Nancy Schaar (Keith) and Brenda Sanders (Gerald); her pet Gulliver; and also, Erika Haney (Steve), Barbie Fitak and Steve Turrin (Stephanie). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
