He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Mendenhall and Geneva Mable Mendenhall (Patterson). He is survived by: his children, Amanda Radich (George), Ray Mendenhall, III (Kristy) and Matthew Mendenhall; the mother of his child Amy Mendenhall; his grandchildren, Danielle, Deric, Abigail, Kaseton and Adalynn; and his close friend Mary Dunfee.
