He was predeceased by: his parent Howard Jesse; and his siblings, Barry Kauffman and Connie Hammond. He is survived by: his parent Bertha G. Kauffman (Carpenter); his spouse Deborah C. Zellhart; his children, Jennifer Stevens (Johnny), Melissa Dominy (Bill), Christopher Jewell (Nikki) and Kevin White (Wendy); and his siblings, BabRhetta Maxwell (John), Sharon Christensen (Lou) and Tracy Kauffman. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to his family in care of the R.K. Lindsey Funeral Home, Inc., 26 Grant St., Dennison, OH 44621, to help defray the cost of his final expenses.
